I just love it when brides take the time to send me photos from their special day.
Believe it or not, I got to know Hilda quite well…considering I got to doll her up four times! We actually did two trials as she wanted to see and feel the difference between airbrushing and traditional foundation. While both lasted throughout the day, she absolutely loved airbrushing as it was felt lighter on the skin while providing the same amount of coverage. Then I got to see her on her wedding day followed by her wedding fiesta extravaganza the following week. Hilda had such a smart idea; separating her wedding into two parts. The wedding ceremony and reception were done one night then held a small gathering with her closest friends on the other night. Though it may seem more stressful to plan two parties, it was actually easier, as Hilda can attest. Definitely considering that idea for the future!
This wedding was very momentous for me as it marked my last wedding with BlushPretty. As some of you know, I joined BlushPretty in 2012 and have loved every moment working with them. I learned a tremendous amount and really owe most of my success to Stephanie. She taught me a lot about photoshoots, putting on false eyelashes, customer service, and how to run a business. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me! But now the scary part comes where I need to spread my wings and fly and see how I do as a freelancer.
Thanks again Hilda for sending me these wonderful photos and congrats again to Michael & you on your marriage! I absolutely love how Focus Production were able to capture the etherealness of you!
