Oh Luba Luba Luba…where do I even start with this beauty? She epitomizes what I call a super Mom. She works fulltime, is a loving Mom, and pursuing further education while planning her wedding!
Luba is literally a makeup artist’s dream to work with. She booked me straight off the bat without a trial, gave me complete freedom over her trial look, and wanted to intensify the look with a smokier eye and a bold lip. I mean…how often do you get to do smokey eyes with a bold lip colour on a bride?
Needless to say, I was truly excited to be part of Luba + Andrew’s Wedding.

Besides the smokier eye and bolder lips on the wedding day, we actually thinned out her brows a bit and used a different formulation of airbrushing. I noticed during the trial that Luba likes to touch her face a lot. So on her wedding day, I used a more matte airbrushing formula that would essentially be completely smudge, sweat, and waterproof. This decision proved to be an excellent choice. After all the outfit changes and the wedding reception, Luba + Andrew actually went clubbing and her makeup didn’t move at all.
