What you just read, was the checklist for Sandra + Bradley’s Wedding.
Sandra is such an awesome bride with such supportive people surrounding her. When I met Sandra for her trial, her Grandma kept on coming over and telling me how much she loved the look! Huzzah! We opted to airbrush the skin and a natural smokey eye with false lashes. Unlike most brides who want to do a neutral lip, Sandra wanted to add more pop with a slightly pinkier lip.
On the day of the wedding, we actually decided to add more drama by lining her bottom lash line. I’m so glad to have spent the morning with friendor, Monica Le. I’m seriously so proud of Monica because I’ve seen her grown as a hair artist. Her work is so clean, stunning, and just whimsical. The best part is that you can’t even spot where the bobby pins are!
Due to timing, I didn’t get a chance to take photos of the rest of the bridal party. But I managed to snap these photos of one of the bridesmaids. She never had her makeup done before and wanted to go all out with a silver smokey eye. When we did the final reveal, her reaction was,”What? OMG…This is so beautiful!” Reactions like these truly reaffirm my passion for makeup artistry!
Thank you Sandra to sending me these stunning photos from Phriesen Photography!
On a complete side note, I’m still in awe of Sandra’s flowers. Why? Because they are fake…but yet they look so real! Sandra introduced me to “real touch flowers” and honestly I couldn’t tell the difference when touching them. They feel that real!
