I was super excited to be part of S+J‘s big day because it meant that I got to reunite with a former bride and some incredible friendors, Kyana Ngo & Monica Le! It totally felt like déjà vu as I set-up at the same location I did 8 months ago.
 
I always tell my brides that they can decide to change their wedding makeup until the moment they sit in my chair because tastes change. And that’s what S did. For her trial, we opted for an ash brown smokey eye that was very sultry. On her wedding day, we decided to amp up the volume with a brown & copper smokey eye.

As I was writing this blog post, I got an e-mail notification and it was from S! She wrote me the kindest review that I couldn’t not share.

Every bride goes through that fear of “Will I look my best for my wedding day?” and most importantly “Do I feel like its ME looking back into that mirror?” Fiona eases all that anxiety and makes it melt away. She’s the cheerleader and positive support you need for your wedding day. Her attention to detail, and accommodating personality allowed me to change my look to something completely different than what was expected during my wedding trial. Fiona rolls with the punches and the result is flawless beauty each and every time. Its Your Face but Better. =) Nothing can stump her!! By far one of the easiest decisions I made for my Wedding Day, and arguably one of the Most important. Every Bride deserves to feel Confident, Authentic, and Beautiful Fiona Man delivers that result.

Since the theme for the wedding was vintage, for the bridesmaids’ makeup, we opted for luminous skin, very soft and natural smokey eye along with naturally flushed cheeks and lips. I think we achieved that!

So this is the part where my mind is blown. Mike + Jenny from VP Studios Photography got these photos processed and up in less than 2 weeks! How amazing is that?!
 
Congrats again S+J on your marriage! It was an absolute pleasure to be part of your special day and I definitely took a lot of notes from you about organization and planning for my wedding 🙂
