What happens when two foodies get together during a makeup trial? A very long list of restaurants to try!
That’s what happened when I first met Xiao from xiaoEats. We both love to try new restaurants so it wasn’t hard that while I was applying makeup on her, we were exchanging recommendations for restaurants 🙂
On Xiao’s wedding day, I wanted to showcase her amazing features: porcelain skin, luscious lips, and doll like eyes.  Most of my Chinese brides usually opt for two outfits: cheongsam or kwa and a white wedding dress.  This meant that look had to be versatile.  So I created a smokey brown eye with a matte red lip that matched the colour of her cheongsam perfectly!  Brides, don’t be afraid to rock a bold lip.  With makeup technology today, there are so many long-lasting lipsticks.  One of the perks of booking with me, I gift all my Brides a touch-up kit that includes their customized lip colour 🙂
Here are some of the moments captured by Reverie Studios. You got to check out their blog post as it contains a lot of food images and some of the items that Xiao + Stephen DIY-ed!
